The library maintains a definitive collection of local glass history for the years 1887 to 1920 when Fostoria was the site of thirteen glass factories, including Fostoria Glass. 

A clipping file of historical and biographical Fostoria materials previous to 1970 and a comprehensive local newspaper index from the 1970's to the present are also available for research.
