WANT FREE FOOD? Keep coming to and using the library every week to earn tickets for our Weekly Coupon Drawing. Local businesses donated various coupons/certificates, and we have quite a few to give away these next several weeks of Summer Reading. Don’t know how it works? Type in any 5-letter word (in this case, it should be library-related). The boxes will turn different colors indicating which letters are, or are not, in the word you need to guess. Gray = Letter is not in the word Yellow = Letter is in the word, not in the correct spot Green = Letter is in the word AND in the correct spot Make sense? Try it now! Visit the links or use the QR codes (the first 4 weeks are provided). New ones are released at the beginning of each week. Once you guess the correct word, or you’ve used up all your guesses, tell a staff member the word, or show a screenshot of your attempts, to earn a Grand Prize ticket. SMARTPHONE PHOTO CONTEST You have until Saturday, July 23 to enter the Smartphone Photo Contest! Submit a photo for every category or just choose one—you earn a Grand Prize ticket for each entry (so earn up to 3 just for sending a photo!). Category winners will be chosen the week of July 25, and each will receive 10 Grand Prize tickets. The next week those winning photos will be voted on by the public. If you want to attend both, that’s fine, but if you can’t make it to one, at least there’s another available. And remember, you can earn a Grand Prize ticket for attending! Part of the Adult Education series, Pat Gerber will discuss Medicare’s new changes, and how it relates to hospice and nursing home care. It will be Thursday, July 7 from 10:00-11:00 AM. The following week on Tuesday, July 12 from 12:301:30 PM, Holly Frische will present her own informational program. There will even be Medicare Bingo for you to test your new knowledge. Thursday, August 4 will be the next program for the Adult Education series, whose topic will be Funeral Preplanning given by Terry Hoening. MORE INFO 
